If you have not activated your account yet you may not have access to login and need to activate your account. You can get access to your subscription account by clicking here.

You can swap products in your subscription account by clicking here. After logging in to your account, click on "Manage Subscription" under Account Details.

Order changes that are requested after an order has been processed may not be able to be altered. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us to help.

During the check-out process you will select your order frequency, and provide shipping and payment details. Once you check-out an email will be sent to you for instructions on how to create an account (if you do not already have one) and how to manage your subscription.

Yes, you will receive an email 3 days prior to your subscription shipment being fulfilled. 

Returns

General Return Policy:

If you don't like our product, with our first-order money-back guarantee you can request a refund for your first order within 30 days of the purchase date. You just have to pay for the shipping. 

If you would like to make a return, click "No, Start a return" below or send an email to [email protected].

From there we will provide you with an authorization number for your reference. You will then be given instructions to send back the returned products.

We will not process returned products that do not have an authorization number, refused shipments, or orders marked “Return to Sender.”

Products must be returned in their proper packaging with either a copy of the original invoice or packing slip in order to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.

Subscription cancellation requests that are made after a recurring subscription order is processed will take effect for the next scheduled order. We are not able to make changes to subscription orders that have already been processed. Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that are canceled after an order has been processed.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. It normally takes up to 15 business days for all returns to process from the date on which the products arrived at our warehouse. Please note that this time frame is an estimate rather than a guarantee and that we will not be responsible for any delays.

  • Free domestic shipping on one-time orders above $100, and on subscription orders!
  • Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. eastern will ship the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday – Friday excluding U.S. national holidays. Overnight shipments placed on Friday before 1:00 p.m eastern will be scheduled to arrive the following Monday. 
  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping for Subscribe & Save orders. International Subscribe & Save orders pay applicable shipping rates. 
  • Orders may require a signature upon delivery. Select a shipping address where a signature can be obtained.

International orders (including Canada)

International orders are typically shipped via DHL. Import duties, taxes, tariffs and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost; these charges are the purchaser’s sole responsibility. In some countries, supplements are restricted for import and must be for your own personal use. Losses incurred due to exceeding your country’s limitations will not be refunded and we expressly disclaim any liability related to such losses. We offer free domestic shipping for all subscription orders, and one-time orders above $100, within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories). Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. For standard shipping, expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days. International orders vary by location and can be impacted by things such as customs, etc. 

Orders

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has shipped. Please allow 48-72 hours after placing your order for tracking information to become available. 

You can track your orders by

  • Selecting "Track My Orders" on the Help Center main page.
  • Selecting "Track and Manage my Orders" in the Chat in the bottom right corner 

You will be asked to log in with the email address you used to make the purchase. 

If there is no tracking link provided your order has either not yet shipped or the link has not yet generated, please check back within 24-48 hours. To track or manage your latest subscription order, you can also log into your subscription account by clicking here.
